🚨 One attorney said NO.
Richard Thonert and his client, Juventino Ramirez, refused to sign the Allen County Prosecutor’s discovery “agreement.”

Why?
Because signing it meant the Defendant couldn’t even have a copy of their own discovery.

The prosecutor’s (#KarenRichards) response?
“You are the only attorney in Allen County who will not sign our discovery letter.”

This is how the system stays stacked.

Everyone else signs. Thonert & Ramirez didn’t. That’s what real pushback looks like.
