Discovery must be provided “in any manner mutually agreeable to the Prosecutor’s Office and to defense counsel.”

The “agreement” explicitly forbids defendants from receiving a copy of their own discovery. They may only “view” it under supervision — and only if the prosecutor allows it…
When one side controls all the evidence and defines what’s “agreeable”… it’s not an agreement — it’s control.
