One reason to share the probable cause is so that Cassie Snay can get a copy. She probably won’t get a copy from her Defense Attorney because those are the rules in #AllenCounty Indiana. She will only be allowed to “see” it.

On September 19, 2025, the affiant conducted a recorded, Mirandized interview with Snay.

During this interview:
Snay admitted to committing all of the acts described in the affidavit.

She acknowledged creating and sending the photos and videos to Mettler using her cell phone.

She confirmed that each act occurred within Allen County, specifically:

At her mother’s residence on Sinclair Street, or
At the Motel 6 on Coliseum Boulevard.

Snay further stated:

The dogs shown in the photos and videos were her two K9s: “Kota” and “Klaus.”

Only Kota was the dog with whom she engaged in sexual behavior.
