Indiana Supreme Court deems Allen County Local Rule VOID

In an Opinion written by Chief Justice Loretta Rush:

⚖️ Ramirez v. State of Indiana (2022)

“The Local Rule is void because it imposes requirements not found in our trial rules for obtaining otherwise discoverable evidence.”

This was the foundation of Allen County’s discovery agreements.

❌ No more.
